About approval of the amount of increase in official pay rates (wage rates) and additional payment for separate types of pedagogical activities in the ratio to the tariff charge
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the sizes:
increases in official pay rates (wage rates) for employees of organizations and institutions of education according to appendix 1;
additional payment for separate types of pedagogical activities for employees of organizations and institutions of education according to appendix 2.
The approved amount of increase in official pay rates (wage rates) and additional payment for separate types of pedagogical activities concern workers who hold positions according to the list approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 14, 2000 N963 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine 2000, N 24, of the Art. 1015), and to whom payment terms of work of employees of organizations and institutions of education extend.
2. Determine that to employees of organizations and institutions of education which provides increase in official pay rates (wage rates) on several bases the absolute amount of each increase is determined proceeding from the size of official pay rate (wage rate) without other increase.
3. Enter step-by-step, since May 1, 2007 introduction of the amount of increase in official pay rates (wage rates) and additional payment for separate types of pedagogical activities approved by this resolution using them in full since January 1, 2008.
Since May 1, 2007 payment of noted amount of increase and additional payment is performed within the approved salary fund of 50 percent of the established size. The specific amount of payments is established by the head of organization or institutions of education.
