Question of registration of objects of intellectual property right in the customs register of receipt of information and interaction of customs authorities with other law enforcement and monitoring bodies and owners of the rights to objects of intellectual property right in case of suspension of customs clearance of goods at the initiative of customs authority

According to Articles 256 and 257-1 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Order of registration of objects of intellectual property right in the customs register, receipt of information and interaction of customs authorities with other law enforcement and monitoring bodies and owners of the rights to objects of intellectual property right in case of suspension of customs clearance of goods at the initiative of customs authority which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. Determine that measures for prevention of violation of intellectual property rights during movement through customs border of Ukraine of goods which contain objects of intellectual property right and registered according to Regulations on order of registration and movements through customs border of Ukraine of goods which contain intellectual property items approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2001 N 412, before the termination of term of registration of such goods are performed by customs authorities according to the Customs code of Ukraine.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
