Determine that carrying out by the Republican center for improvement and sanatorium treatment of the population of open tender on purchase of medical and improving services (further - tender) is performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation on public procurements, taking into account the following features:

1.1. the right of the participant to submit the proposal on can be provided in competitive documents:

part of amount of subject of public procurement (further - part of amount of subject);

part of amount of lot of subject of public procurement (further - part of amount of lot) if the subject of public procurement is broken into lots;

1.2. the commission on public procurements has the right to choose one or several winner participants as regards subject amount (part of amount of lot) from among provided the offer according to competitive documents on part of amount of subject (part of amount of lot);
