For the purpose of enhancement of energy certification of buildings, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About energy efficiency of buildings", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out energy certification of buildings and Regulations on procedure for carrying out periodic control of energy efficiency of coppers, systems of heating and hot water supply of buildings" of August 2, 2012 No. 531 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out energy certification of buildings approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 1.8 with the offer of the following content: "The certified specialist who executed project assessment of energy use of the design estimates of the building cannot perform energy certification of the same building.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
