1. Approve:

- Regulations on procedure for carrying out periodic control of energy efficiency of coppers, systems of heating and hot water supply of buildings according to appendix 2.

2. This Resolution becomes effective in month after official publication.

Regulations on procedure for carrying out energy certification of buildings

I. General provisions

1.1. This Regulations on procedure for carrying out energy certification of buildings (daleepolozheniye) are aimed at providing the single rules, general requirements and procedures applied in the course of energy certification of buildings.

1.2. This Provision determines:

- the minimum requirements to energy efficiency for new buildings and buildings in which energy renovation is performed;

- rules on measure definition of energy efficiency of buildings and classes of energy efficiency of buildings;

- procedure for carrying out energy certification of buildings;

- rules of calculation of energy efficiency of buildings;

- principles of determination of class of energy efficiency of buildings.
