About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of the Russian industrial output" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, Art. 4597; 2016, No. 33, Art. 5180; 2017, No. 21, Art. 3003; No. 40, Art. 5843; 2018, No. 31, Art. 5009; 2019, No. 1, Art. 33; 2024, No. 21, Art. 2779; No. 28, Art. 4023).

2. Determine that the entries into force of this resolution created by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation about one day register entries concerning products included in the Section XVII of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 in No. 719 "About confirmation of production of the Russian industrial output" according to this resolution are valid before the termination of fixed term of their action.

3. Recognize invalid changes which are made to appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 2, 2016 No. 744 "About modification of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 33, the Art. 5180), regarding the line items classified by codes on OK 034-2014 (KPES 2008) 14.12. 11, 14.12. 21, 14.12.30. 131, 14.12.30. 132, 14.12.30.160 "Medical apparel", 14.12.30.160 "Remedies from radiation and impact of other adverse factors of external environment specialized, not containing the built-in respiratory devices".

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719

1. In appendix to the specified resolution:

a) in the Section VII of line item, classified by codes on OK 034-2014 (KPES 2008) 14.12. 11, 14.12. 21, 14.12.30. 131, 14.12.30. 132, 14.12.30.160 "Medical apparel", 14.12.30.160 "Remedies from radiation and impact of other adverse factors of external environment specialized, not containing the built-in respiratory devices" to exclude;

Item 41 Governed forming and maintaining the register of the Russian industrial output, the scope of information included in the register procedure for inclusion of such data in the register and their exceptions of the register, including placement of such data in the state information system of the industry, and procedure for provision of the data included in the register, approved by the specified resolution to add with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) non-presentation by the applicant according to Item 43 of these rules of information on the made and shipped products concerning which the register entry according to these rules, after 90 calendar days from the date specified in Item 43 of these rules is created.".
