About procedure for adoption of acts of the state bodies having legal nature
For the purpose of regulation of adoption of acts of the state bodies having legal nature according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for adoption of acts of the state bodies having legal nature according to appendix.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 28, 2021 No. 233 the following change:
in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the fourth Item 54-2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"In case of receipt of the conclusion of the Ministry of Justice in which need of the solution of question the act of the ministry is specified of the state committee and administrative department, the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers is not subject to consideration by Presidential Administration. The procedure for adoption of acts of the ministries, the state committee and administrative departments having legal nature is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.".
3. To the ministries, the state committee, administrative departments to accept the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution to management and execution.
4. Recommend to other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic to be guided by the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
