About transplantation of kidney for patients with chronic disease of kidneys of the fifth stage
For the purpose of ensuring carrying out transactions on transplantation of kidneys to the patients having chronic disease of kidneys of the fifth stage according to Articles 126, 127 and 129 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) the Procedure for the organization and implementation of services in transplantation of kidney for patients with chronic disease of kidneys of the fifth stage according to appendix 1;
2) the List of the organizations of health care performing services in transplantation of kidney for patients with chronic disease of kidneys of the fifth stage according to appendix 2.

Determine that services in transplantation of kidney for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the established diagnosis chronic disease of kidneys of the fifth stage, and also to and postoperative treatment, are provided by the organizations of health care irrespective of pattern of ownership and are financed by the means provided in the budget of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic for Fund of high-technology (expensive) types of medical care.
