3. The purposes of experiment are:

a) testing concerning the soluble made drinks packed into consumer packaging, possibilities of use of technologies of drawing the means of identification, determination of the scope of information containing in means of identification, and determination of optimum methods of marking by means of identification of the soluble made drinks packed into consumer packaging proceeding from possibility of application of the relevant technology solutions;

b) approbation of completeness and sufficiency of mechanisms of marking by means of identification of the soluble made drinks packed into consumer packaging, for ensuring counteraction to illegal import, production and turnover of the soluble made drinks packed into consumer packaging including counterfeit, and also for increase in collecting of taxes and customs payments;

c) the organization of effective interaction of public authorities, including regulatory authorities, with producers, importers, the organizations of wholesale and retail trade by the soluble made drinks packed into consumer packaging (further - participants of turnover of the soluble made drinks packed into consumer packaging);
