Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 461) the following changes:

3) in Article 12:

a) state parts 1-3 in the following edition:

"1. The child, parents or the single parent of which are citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic at the time of its birth, is citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic irrespective of the birthplace and availability at the child of nationality of foreign state, except for nationality of the border state.

2. The child, one of parents of which was at the time of the birth citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, and another - the foreign citizen, is citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for case when parents of the child submit the joint written statement about refusal of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the child who acquires foreign citizenship on the birth.
