About the order property
Based on subitem 1.4.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2010 "About procedure for the order the state housing stock" and subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2022 No. 330 "About the order property" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 388
1. Transfer without transition the ownership till July 7, 2025 the premises of the state housing stock which are in property of the Republic of Belarus and operational management of central office of the Investigative Committee according to appendix.
2. Accept gratuitously from property of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company in property of the Republic of Belarus 25 167 706 common (ordinary) shares of "Agency of Servisization and Reengineering" open joint stock company nominal value 0, of the 77th ruble for total amount 19 379 133, 62 rubles.
3. To add appendix 2 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302, with Item of 1 following content:
"1. "Agency of Servisization and Reengineering" open joint stock company, Minsk.".
4. To central office of the Investigative Committee together with managements of the Investigative Committee across Minsk and the Minsk region, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization, the State committee on property to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 3 – in month after official publication of this resolution;
other provisions of this resolution – after its official publication.
