1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2003 No. 64 "About approval of Rules of implementation of social resettlement of persons which were injured from the act of terrorism":
in Rules of implementation of social resettlement of the faces which were injured from the act of terrorism, approved by the specified resolution:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. General provisions";
to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"Chapter 2. Procedure of social resettlement of persons which were injured from the act of terrorism";
1) parts two of Item 10 to exclude the subitem;
state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. Medical rehabilitation of persons which were injured from the act of terrorism is performed by the organizations of health care according to the standard of the organization of rendering medical rehabilitation approved by the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 7, 2023 No. 65 (it is registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 32263).".
