Approve the enclosed Rules of release of government securities in national currency for the address in the territory of the International financial center "Astana" and borrowing at international financial institutions by local executive body of the city of republican value with the special status determined by the legal act of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financing of the projects carried to "green" according to the ecological legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2023 No. 292 "About approval of Rules of release of government securities in national currency for the address on the platform of the International financial center "Astana" by local executive body of the city of republican value with the special status determined by the legal act of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financing of "green" projects within realization of sustainable development goals".
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
