About approval of Provisional rules of price regulation on coronary stents and consumable materials to them

For the purpose of realization of part 4 of article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the address of medical products", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Provisional rules of price regulation on coronary stents and consumable materials to them according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

1) within 10 (ten) working days after entry into force of this resolution holders of registration certificates on coronary stents and consumable materials to them shall submit to authorized body on regulation of the sphere of drug circulation and medical products the statement for registration of the prices of coronary stents and consumable materials;

2) in case of not filing of application about registration of the price at the scheduled time the authorized body on regulation of the sphere of drug circulation and medical products conducts calculations independently and registers the prices of coronary stents and consumable materials;

3) the prices of the coronary stents and consumable materials to them which are in circulation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic before entry into force of this resolution shall be brought by subjects of pharmaceutical activities into accord with the registered price within 10 days from the moment of their introduction in electronic price catalog on medical products;

4) subjects of pharmaceutical activities bear responsibility according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on offenses for improper execution of this resolution.
