About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468

For the purpose of enhancement of process of regulation of activities of the state companies, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following changes:

in the Regulations on the state companies approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 26 with subitem 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1) introduction to authorized body in the field of management of state-owned property of candidates for position of the deputy manager of the company;";
