About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 "About features of lease of the state-owned and utility property in the period of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 46, the Art. 2528, No. 75, the Art. 4552, No. 89, the Art. 5523) the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that lease agreements of the state-owned and utility property which effective period comes to the end within four months from the effective date of this resolution are considered extended before the date coming in four months after expiry date of the agreement except the lease agreements specified in Item 5 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 to No. 634 "About features of lease of the state-owned and utility property in the period of warlike situation".

1. In Item 1 of the resolution:
1) in subitem 4-1 of the word "Odessa, Chernomorsk, Southern" to exclude;
Subitem 4-2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"4-2) according to lease agreements of the state-owned property located at the airports which were acting as of February 24, 2022 or prisoners after this date by results of the auctions which took place on February 24, 2022 or earlier the rent is not charged since February 24, 2022 and until renewal of aviation activities of the airports, except the case determined by the paragraph the second this subitem.
