2. This resolution becomes effective since July 28, 2025.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for refinancing by National Bank of banks in the form of transactions the SWAP, including the relations arising during the making and execution of such transactions.
2. For the purposes of this Instruction the SWAP is understood purchase by National Bank from bank of foreign currency for Belarusian rubles (the direct transaction) with the obligation of sale in the same amount of foreign currency for Belarusian rubles through the time (reversing transaction) determined by the parties by the transaction as the transaction.
3. Transactions the SWAP belong to bilateral transactions which making requires positive declaration of will of National Bank in each case.
