Some questions of calculation of insurance years of service

According to part two of Article 24-1 and part one of article 26-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for confirmation of impracticability by other state of retirement benefits to persons living in Ukraine for the periods of labor activity till January 1, 1992 outside Ukraine in the republics of the former USSR for their transfer in insurance years of service;

Procedure for confirmation and transfer of the periods of work of person in other state in insurance years of service (length of service) for determination of the right to award of pension on age.

2. Item 22 of the Procedure for confirmation of the available length of service for the purpose of pensions in the absence of the service record or the corresponding records in it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1993 No. 637 (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 12, Art. 273; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 16, of the Art. 744) to exclude.
