Bring in Item 5 of the Approval procedure of minimum admissible export prices on separate types of goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2024 No. 944 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 79, Art. 4634; 2025, No. 32, the Art. 2157), the enclosed changes.

"Minimum admissible export price on separate type of goods on separate delivery condition cannot be less, than the weighted average price on this type of goods on the same condition of deliveries last month increased by 0,714 coefficient.
Weighted average price of separate type of goods on separate condition of deliveries in the corresponding month, US dollars for 1 kilogram, is determined based on the depersonalized information of State Customs Service on export of separate types of goods by customs declarations by form of the single administrative document taking into account conditions of deliveries for the last month as the total cost of separate type of goods on separate condition of deliveries in the corresponding month divided into the total amount of separate type of goods on separate condition of deliveries in the corresponding month, except for goods which declaring was performed based on forward contracts, and also except for the goods included in commodity subcategories in 1001 91 10th 00, 1002 10 00th 00, 1003 10 00th 00, 1004 10 00th 00, 1005 10 13th 00, 1005 10 15th 00, 1005 10 18th 00, 1201 10 00th 00, 1205 10 10th 00, 1206 00 10 00 according to UKTVED.
