Make change to Item 3 of the Procedure for use of accounts for attraction of voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) in support of Ukraine of "UNITED24" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2022 No. 472 "Some questions of use of the means arriving into accounts for attraction of voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) in support of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 35, Art. 1915; 2023, No. 78, Art. 4422; 2024, No. 2, the Art. 49, No. 50, the Art. 3045), having added subitem 1 after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Funds from the special account for fund raising on support of Armed Forces in coordination with the Ministry of Defence can be transferred to regional military authorities (state administrations) or structural divisions of regional military authorities (state administrations) authorized by them with the status of the legal entity of the public law for implementation of purchases of goods, in particular defense appointment and double use, works and services, in particular defense appointment, for needs of Armed Forces, other military forming at the request of military units of Armed Forces, other military forming with the subsequent transfer of the purchased goods, works and services to requesting.".
