About modification of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2000 No. 770 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 19, Art. 789; 2011, No. 1, Art. 39; 2012, No. 39, Art. 1467; 2024, No. 105, the Art. 6678) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraphs of the fifth and sixth changes, approved by this resolution which become effective in three months from the date of publication of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors

In the table IV:

the note to the list No. 1 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Turnover пипероналя, safrol, phenylacetic acid which naturally contain in structure of foodstuff in food fragrances and nutritional supplements, does not fall under action of the restrictions and control measures established for precursors.";

in the list No. 2:

add the list with such line item:

"Diphenylacetonitrile Nitril of diphenyl-acetic acid, cyanodiphenylmethane";
