About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 14:

in the paragraph the second subitem 57 of the word "to Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "from Ukraine";

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:

"58) transactions of the issuer - the resident, being the state company or economic society which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state for payment of the income and repayment of the debt securities placed by it abroad and connected with debt restructuring of this issuer on the conditions approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or other authorized body of management determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the terms of placement of these debt securities (the prospectus of securities, the decision on issue of securities and/or other documents that is confirmed by conditions of placement of securities), and also other transactions of the resident issuer according to such conditions of placement or the agreements signed in connection with placement or servicing of such debt valuable securities by it / restructuring of such debt.";
