About approval of Changes in the Operating procedure of structure of customs authority

According to part four of Article 239 of Chapter 37 of the Section VII of the Customs code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 to No. 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Operating procedure of structure of the customs authority approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 627, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 03, 2012 at No. 1097/21409, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 No. 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", but not earlier than day of official publication of this order.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

Changes in the Operating procedure of structure of the customs authority approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 627, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 03, 2012 at No. 1097/21409

1. In the Section I:

1) in Item 1.1 of the word "the reservoirs covered and the open areas, refrigerating or the freezers belonging to customs authority or used by them" shall be replaced with words "buildings, constructions, the territories, reservoirs, elevators, refrigerating or the freezers covered or the open areas, gas storages or part of trunk oil pipelines on which oil transportation is not carried out and which is intended for oil storage directly in the pipeline, etc., which belong to customs authority or are used by it";

The second Item 1.5 the word of "fourth" to replace 2) in the paragraph with the word "heel";

Paragraph one of Item 1.7 to state 3) in the following edition:

2. In the Section IV:

1) in Item 4.1:
