Determine that cancellation of certificates on appointment of a guardian over property of physical person, acknowledged it is unknown absent, or person, the missing person in case of the special circumstances issued before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of December 19, 2024 to No. 4174-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather single questions of disclosure of bank secrecy and actions for establishment of guardianship over property of physical person acknowledged it is unknown absent, or person, the missing person in case of special circumstances", it is performed by notaries public of offices of notary public, Public notarial Records Offices, private notaries with simultaneous entering into the Unified register of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances, information on the granted certificate on appointment of a guardian over property of physical person, acknowledged it is unknown absent, or persons, the missing person in case of special circumstances.
