About approval of rates for services (works) according to real estate units for the purpose of the taxation

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law on estimative activities of N989-XV of 18.04.2002 and the Program of actions for implementation of new system of assessment of real estate units for the purpose of the taxation approved by the Order of the Government N670 of 9.06.2003 and based on provisions of the Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by specialized enterprise in the field of the inventory and its branches, approved by the Law N393-XVI of 8.12.2006, I ORDER:

1. Approve rates for the following services (works):

1. 1) assessment of garages for individual transport, except constructed on the personal plots and other real estate units which are subject to assessment according to the appendix N1 to this order;

1. 2) assessment of garden and gardening sites with/without country houses according to the appendix N2 to this order.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on Mr. O. Buzu - the head of department of real estate appraisal and Mrs. N. Shpilevuyu - the head of the finance and economy department.
