1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of electronic allowing and other documents for implementation of foreign economic activity by the principle of "single window" according to appendix.

3. To provide to the state company "The Center of " Single Window " in the field of Foreign Trade" under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic upgrade of information system of "single window" according to this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for issue of the electronic allowing document (license/conclusion/permission) for export/import/transit of the goods included in the Single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries by the principle of "single window" of December 26, 2019 in No. 708 are applied;
