Some questions of provision of services on medical attendance of the population for a fee from legal entities and physical persons

According to part ten of Article 18 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health protection the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of cases in case of which healthcare institutions of the state and utility pattern of ownership can provide services in medical attendance of the population for a fee from legal entities and physical persons which is applied.

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. Determine that:

1) the healthcare institutions operating in form of business of the public or utility institution can perform the additional (economic) activities provided by their charters and independently establish payment for it;

2) in the state and utility healthcare institutions:

the list of services in medical attendance of the population which can be provided for a fee from legal entities and physical persons, their cost are published on the website of healthcare institution and are placed at information stands in healthcare institution;

the list of the services in medical attendance of the population provided by healthcare institution for patients free of charge at the expense of means of the government or local budget, in particular within the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population, is published on the website of healthcare institution and is placed at information stands in healthcare institution;
