1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2021 No. 3 "About approval of standard regulations of rendering services with accurate operations procedure of employees of subjects of natural monopolies" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 22039) the following changes:
9) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"9) standard regulations of rendering services with accurate operations procedure of employees of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of railway tracks with objects of rail transport under agreements of public-private partnership in the absence of competitive railway track, according to appendix 9 to this order;";
state appendix 9 in edition according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
