In the paragraph the second Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils on price regulation (rates)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 596; 2021, No. 4, the Art. 208) words of "National telecommunication network" shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine "National electronic communication network".
2. In the text of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, Art. 2066; 2018, No. 31, Art. 1090; 2021, No. 4, Art. 208; 2023, No. 65, the Art. 3712), the words "National Telecommunication Network" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The national electronic communication network" in the corresponding case.
