According to paragraph one of Item 13 of the Procedure for temporary detention by employees of authorized divisions of National police of vehicles and their storage approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2008 No. 1102, for the purpose of determination of the amount of payments for transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special platforms or parking we ORDER:
1. Approve the Amount of payments for transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special platforms or parking which are applied.
2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Grintsov M.) to provide to department of interaction with National police of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on deputy ministers according to distribution of functional obligations.
