About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2024 No. 81
According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2024 No. 81 "About lists of the standards necessary for implementation of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of railway rolling stock" (TP TS 001/2011), "About safety of high-speed rail transport" (TP TS 002/2011) and "About safety of infrastructure of rail transport" (TP TS 003/2011)" changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 15, 2025.
