requirements to implementation of business and other activity by members of the free economic zone in the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region;

Rules of annual efficiency evaluation of functioning of the free economic zone in the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region.

2. Persons who are not members of the free economic zone in the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region perform business and other activity according to part 1 of article 19.4 of the Federal law "About the Free Economic Zone in the Territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia Region, Kherson Region and in the Adjacent Territories".

1. These rules establish procedure for acceptance by the Government of the Russian Federation for the decision on determination of the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region in which borders the specific mode of implementation of business and other activity in the free economic zone is applied (further - the free economic zone in the adjacent territories).

2. For the purposes of these rules the concepts established by Items 1, of 4, of 5, of the 7 and 8 Article 2, Articles 3 and 4, Item 2 of part 1 and part 2 Articles 18, and also Chapters 2.1 and 3 of the Federal Law "About the Free Economic Zone in the Territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia Region, Kherson Region and in the Adjacent Territories" are used.

3. Determination of the territory of the free economic zone in the adjacent territories is performed by the following methods:

a) establishment of the territory of the free economic zone in the adjacent territories;

b) increase in the area of the territory of the free economic zone in the adjacent territories;

c) reduction of the area of the territory of the free economic zone in the adjacent territories.

4. For the purpose of determination of the territory of the free economic zone in the adjacent territories the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region (further - the applicant), sends to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (further - authorized body) the offer containing:
