Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on cancellation of licenses for the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products extrajudicially approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2012 No. 824 "About cancellation of licenses for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products extrajudicially" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 34, Art. 4743; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4832; 2018, No. 27, Art. 4068; 2019, No. 21, Art. 2592; 2021, No. 34, Art. 6197; 2022, No. 1, Art. 240; 2024, No. 4, Art. 540).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 7 days after day of its official publication, except for the subitem "v" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to Regulations on cancellation of licenses for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products extrajudicially

1. In Item 1:

a) in the subitem "a":

in the paragraph the second words", including denatured alcohol" to exclude;

the fourth after the word "alcoholic" to add the paragraph with the words "and alcohol-containing";

in paragraph seven of the word "transportation of ethyl alcohol (including denatured alcohol)" shall be replaced with words "transportations of ethyl alcohol";
