About the reporting and other information represented by the factoring organization to National Bank

Based on the paragraph of the eighth subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 2024 No. 416 "About activities for financing under concession of monetary claim (factoring)", the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus

1. Establish:

form of the reporting on some indicators of activities of the factoring organization according to appendix 1;

reporting form of the financing provided by the factoring organization under concession of monetary claims according to appendix 2;

form of information on activities of the factoring organization for the purposes of prevention of legalization of the income received in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction according to appendix 3.

2. Approve the Instruction about submission of the reporting and other information on activities for financing under concession of monetary claim (factoring) it (is applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective since May 13, 2025.
