About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 8, 2022 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of planning and the conclusion of the agreements aimed at the industry development and also monitoring of their execution"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 8, 2022 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of planning and the conclusion of the agreements aimed at the industry development and also monitoring of their execution" (further – the Order) (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28451) the following changes:

be reworded as follows preamble:

"According to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and the subitem 40) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About industrial policy" I ORDER:";

the appendix 6 to Rules of planning and the conclusion of the agreements aimed at the industry development, and also monitoring of their execution, approved by the above-stated order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to development department of industrial infrastructure and intra country value of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

It is approved Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan

It is approved Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
