Approve the enclosed Rules of removal at consideration of the Republican budget commission of questions of reduction of the amount of payments or exemption of receipts in the republican budget of dividends or part of net income for the list of the state companies, joint-stock companies, limited liability partnerships, the state blocks of shares (shares in the authorized capital) which are in republican property.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the direction of the copy of this joint order in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This joint order becomes effective on the expiration of ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
