According to Article 31-1 of part (1) the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 59-65, the Art. 120) with the subsequent changes made by the Law No. 221/2024 on introduction of amendments to the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, No. 355-357, 553) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Approve the List of the types of activity which are subject to registration in the field of safety of foodstuff it (is applied).

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy director general on safety of foodstuff.
