About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 17/2020 on approval of standard forms of payment notices

Based on the Art. 191, the Section VI and the Section VII of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of 24.04.1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release) and h (3) the Art. XVII of the Law on modification of some regulations (relating to budget and tax and customs policy) No. 214/2024 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2024, No. 355-357, 545) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. To change the order of the Minister of Finance on approval of standard forms of payment notices No. 17/2020 as follows:

Item 4 to declare 1) invalid;

Appendix No. 1 to state 2) according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

Appendix No. 4 to declare 3) invalid;

Appendix No. 5 to state 4) according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

2. The payment notices on the non-personal tax and the land tax approved according to appendix No. 1 and appendix No. 2 to this order are applied since the tax period corresponding to 2025.

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
