Regulations on solid biological fuel

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on solid biological fuel (further - the Provision) establish concepts, requirements to marking, and also conditions of warehousing, storage, placement in the market and supervision of solid biological fuel as national production, and import.

2. Requirements of this provision are applied to the solid biological fuel placed in the market of the Republic of Moldova or intended for export, made from:

2.1. products rural, forestry or cultures of wood energy plants;

2.2. vegetable waste of agricultural industry, livestock production and forestry;

2.3. vegetable waste of the food industry;

2.4. wood waste;
