1. Approve the List of the Moldavian standards which accept the harmonized European standards relating to the equipment using the gas-shaped fuel approved by the Order of the Government No. 109/2022 it (is applied).
2. Repeal the Order of the Minister of Economic Affairs No. 107/2022 on approval of the list of the Moldavian standards which accept the harmonized European standards for the equipment using gaseous fuel (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 428-430, of the Art. 1444).
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the ministry.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
