About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning streamlining of provision of leave for preparation and participation in sports competitions
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. Article 77-1 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, 375) to state sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:
"Article 77-1. Leave for preparation and participation in sports competitions
Leave for preparation and participation in competitions is provided to the workers participating in All-Ukrainian and international sports competitions.
The leave duration, procedure, conditions of its provision and payment for preparation and participation in the sports competitions provided to the athletes included in structure of the national team of team, to sports judges are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and for other workers - the employment and/or collective agreement".
2. Article 16-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About leaves" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 2, Art. 4; 2010, No. 7, Art. 50; 2023, 134, 786) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"Article 16-1. Leave for preparation and participation in sports competitions
Leave for preparation and participation in competitions is provided to the workers participating in All-Ukrainian and international sports competitions.
