1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:

(a) implementation in Polytechnic University of Turin in the city of Tashkent of training system of students along with curricula and programs of Polytechnic University of Turin (Republic of Italy) also on the basis of curricula and programs of other advanced foreign highest educational organizations;

(b) reduction of processes of acceptance for study for the directions of formation of bachelor degree of the highest educational organizations in compliance with the principle "at the beginning the test, then the choice".

2. Recognize invalid some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the deputy manager of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education reforming H. U. Umarova.
