Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2024 No. 1314 "About features of functioning of the free economic zone in the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 42, Art. 6237; 2025, No. 12, Art. 1295).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2024 No. 1314

In Item 5 of Rules of acceptance by the Government of the Russian Federation decisions on determination of the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region in which limits the specific mode of implementation of business and other activity in the free economic zone is applied, approved by the specified resolution:
