About approval of form of the Decision on initiation of tax control and the Instruction about filling of form of the Decision on the beginning of tax control (RINK)
According to h (10) Art. 132-3 and h (3) I ORDER to Art. 214 of the Tax code:
1. Approve:
1) the Form of the Decision on initiation of tax control (RINK), according to appendix No. 1 to this order;
2) the Instruction about filling of form of the Decision on initiation of tax control (RNA), according to appendix No. 2 to this order.
2. This order becomes effective since August 1, 2019.
