About some questions of public administration in tax and customs spheres

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of tax administration, and also optimization of activities of authorized state body in the field of customs affairs, according to part 1 of article 23 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Create:

1) the State Tax Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic based on the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and State agency on control of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic based on the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 5, 2021 No. 114 the following changes:

in Item 5:
