About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Committee for State Security I decide:

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2013 No. 325 "About some questions of Committee for State Security" (appendix).

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

The changes made to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2013 No. 325

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve:

The regulations on Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

the list of the military units and other organizations subordinated to Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus (is attached).".

2. The first and second Item 13 of the Regulations on Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree to state parts in the following edition:

"13. For consideration of the most important issues of activities of the state security agencies subordinated to them the organizations and divisions in Committee the board as a part of the Chairman (the chairman of board), the Deputy State secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus supervising questions of activities of the state security agencies, the First Deputy Chairman, vice-chairmen, the chief of the head organizational and inspection department, chiefs of managements of Committee for State Security across Minsk and the Minsk region and military counterintelligence of Committee for State Security is created.

Other staff of the state security agencies, representatives of other state bodies and other organizations can be invited to meetings of board.".
