About establishment of single frequency of carrying out official control of the animals and goods imported into the Republic of Moldova
Based on Item b) parts (1) Article 49 and part (2) article 52 of the Law No. 82/2024 on official control in the agrofood sphere (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 199-201, 265) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve:
1.1. Regulation for transactions which shall be carried out in time and after conducting verifications of documents, checks of identity and physical controls concerning animals and the goods which are subject to official control on posts of border control according to appendix No. 1;
1.2. Regulation for uniform respect for frequency of conducting checks of identity and physical controls concerning loads of the animals and goods imported into the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 2.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 8, 2026.
