About approval of standard form and the Instruction for filling of the Declaration of physical person on property

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of h (2) Art. 226-15 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of February 8 2007) I ORDER:

1. Approve:

a) standard form of the Declaration of physical person of property according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

b) the instruction for filling of the Declaration of physical person on property according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

2. It is free to State Tax Service to provide taxpayers with the necessary number of forms.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 148/2013 On approval of standard form and the instruction for filling of the Declaration of physical person on property (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2013, No. 243-247, the Art. 1628).

4. This order becomes effective in day of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
