According to Items 2 and 3 of Article 167 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan we ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Rules, terms and forms of submission of the reporting, and also the requirement to the provided information on the course and results of use of the connected grants according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of assessment of use of the connected grants according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of the international economic cooperation in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
