Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2022 No. 537 "Some questions of holding actions of the state control of compliance with law of foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health and wellbeing of animals, the state veterinary health control and cargo importation on customs area of Ukraine in the period of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 40, the Art. 2172) change which is applied.

"3. Determine that for warlike situation cargo importation on customs area of Ukraine is allowed taking into account the following features:
cargo importation with productive animals and reproductive material from them from capacities concerning which compliance to the legislation of Ukraine is not established, it is allowed provided that such loads are imported (are sent) on customs area of Ukraine from the states concerning which capacities within two years about day of entry into force of this resolution or during operation of this resolution their compliance to the legislation of Ukraine, and taking into account epizootic situation in the State of origin of load was established;
cargo importation with productive animals in case of their transit through the territory of the third states is allowed on the conditions determined by the relevant decision (order) of the Chief state veterinary inspector of Ukraine and provided that such loads with productive animals were not unloaded and/or were not overloaded in the territory of the states where the corresponding diseases are registered.".
